Langland Bay is a SW facing surfers beach which produces some good waves when the wind is S. On a falling tide there is a strong undertow. Warning flags are flown when the beach becomes too dangerous. Both Limeslade and Bracelet Bays to the E are very small and could be very risky when landing. Beginners should stay away as the headland to the W, Whiteshell Point screen the wind for the first 100 metres. Only really useable wind is SW this beach is rarely used by windsurfers.
